The Process

As you can imagine, there are quite a few steps involved when building a new home! At Alatalo Bros, we’ll hold your hand through the entire process. In the ‘Preliminary Design’ stage, you can meet with our building consultants and our in-house building designers to discuss your vision. We’ll then transform your ideas, needs and wishes into a custom designed floor plan as part of our standard service. When the plans look good to you, we will provide you with an initial build quote. This custom design stage is 100% free to you, as we want you to achieve the best possible home for your block of land and your needs. When you are happy with your plans and choose to proceed, we will walk you through all the additional steps from finalising your designs, specifications and cabinetry designs. We will also help you select all the materials, colours and finishes in our local supplier’s showrooms from our huge range of inclusions, whilst guiding you with contracts, communicating through construction, handover and our after build care and maintenance service.
